FOR PART-TIME AND FULL TIME COURSES

FEES
 
  1. Fees is charged BY THE COLLEGE and a student is liable for the full amount of fee whether he / she completes the folloeing or not.
  2. Instalments of tuition fees will be payable on the FIrst Day of each month and in any case must be paid by the 5th of each month.
  3. Any amount equivalent to a month's fee will be collected together with the monthly fee on enrolment.
  4. An Official Receipt will be issued on receipt of fees. If not, check with the College Office.
  5. ALL FEES PAID ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCIMSTANCES.
 
KCC COLLEGE RIGHTS
 
  1. The College reserves the right to withhold all the examinations entries, certificates etc. of students who have not paid up their fees.
 
DECLARATION BY THE APPLICANT
 
  • I do hereby affirm that the above particulars given by me are true & correct.
  • I promise to abide by the College Rules & Regulations, a copy of which has been carefully read by me.
  • I am fully aware that I am liable to immediate dismissal for misconduct for my breach of the College Rules & Regulations.
  • I am not entitled to any refund of fee whether I complete the course or not, or for any reason whatsoever.
  • I am also fully aware that if I meddle with and or disturb any of the air-conditioners, electric wire, switches, lights, fans and or any other electric fittings in the premises of the College, I do so at my own peril and risk and the College shall not be held responsible if I am injured or killed.
 
 
 
 
DECLARATION BY THE PARENT / GUARDIAN
 
I do hereby guarantee that I am fully responsible for the conduct of the applicant and for all fees and other charges due to the College.
 
 
Note: Two copies of passport-size photos & enrolment fee are to be attached.
